Our goal and objective is to provide and maintain a safe and secure workplace for everyone. We work to achieve this by complying with all government legislation and regulations which are applicable, as well as our own health and safety standards; by developing, maintaining and enforcing the safety management system to protect the physical, psychological and social well-being of employees, and by ensuring workers receive proper training and that they are competent to perform their tasks in a safe and proper manner.

FracStac members, at all levels have the responsibility and due diligence to ensure that the proper equipment, training programs, health and safety policies and work procedures are in place and adhered to. Everyone in our organization is responsible and accountable for the safety performance of the company. By working together and watching out for our fellow employees we hope to achieve our goal of an injury and accident free environment while maintaining COR standing with the Partnership in Injury Reduction Program.

Our values are the foundation our company is built upon. They define what we expect of ourselves and how we intend to operate, serve our customers and interact with communities. Our goal and objective is to provide and maintain a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
We achieve this by taking P.R.I.D.E in everything we do.

We encourage our employees to use their Stop Work Authority to intervene and stop any unsafe work that they believe poses a risk to the safety of people, equipment and the environment regardless of the position or employer of the people involved.
